Job Summary
Civil Engineer at Schmidt Associates responsible for project grading, drainage, and utility design; will coordinate projects between design team and clients, provide guidance to support staff, maintain office quality standards and procedures while meeting project budgets and deadlines; duties include Revit design, plan details, technical specifications, estimating, quantity calculations, technical reports, permitting, shop drawing review, and engineering analyses; collaborate with design partners and clients; requires Civil Engineering degree and relevant experience; proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year degree in Civil Engineering
- 3+ years related work experience preferred
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) Certificate desirable or PE
- Familiarity with AutoCAD / Civil 3D / Revit
