Job Summary
Civil Design Engineer to prepare and design civil engineering plans for a variety of projects including commercial, residential, industrial, and infrastructure. Work with clients to understand needs and develop design solutions; obtain permits from regulatory agencies; oversee construction to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery; coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to complete projects; provide technical support to clients and staff; proficient in CAD and engineering design software.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in civil engineering design and construction
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices, including land development, drainage, water and sewer systems
- Ability to use CAD software and other engineering design software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work
