Civil Engineer Project Manager

Job Summary
Lead design and project management for private subdivision and land development projects, including site evaluation, sketch and yield plan preparation, and detailed engineering drawings. Conduct regulatory research for zoning and permitting while ensuring all designs comply with municipal ordinances. Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with CADD technicians to deliver high-quality services within established timelines and budgets. This role requires a P.E. with 7+ years of experience in land development and proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Compensation is commensurate with experience. Required Qualifications
- B.S. degree in Civil Engineering
- PE required
- 7+ years of progressive experience servicing private clients and/or managing infrastructure projects or designing land development projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Proficiency in Civil 3D
Desired Qualifications
- PA preferred
- CME, CFM, and/or PP a plus
- Experience in public testimony before Land Use Boards a plus
- GIS and Hydroflow software experience a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to represent the firm in all related areas
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and develop team members and work effectively with external partners and stakeholders (developers, attorneys, municipalities, and other local, county, and state regulatory agencies)
