Job Summary
Senior Civil Engineer Project Manager leading land development and infrastructure projects across K-12, higher education, municipal, commercial, restaurant, and mixed-use sectors. Responsible for guiding projects from concept through completion, making high-level engineering decisions, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams (Civil, MEP, Structural), ensuring regulatory compliance, managing budgets and schedules, driving client relationships and business development, mentoring junior staff, and delivering quality, compliant designs and construction documentation using Civil 3D and stormwater software.
Required Qualifications
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Minimum 8 years of civil engineering and land development experience
- Strong knowledge of land development engineering, stormwater management, drainage design, and permitting coordination
- Proficiency in Civil 3D and stormwater analysis/design software
- Strong understanding of local, state, and federal codes, standards, and permitting requirements
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, staffing, and multidisciplinary coordination efforts
- Mentor engineering teams and oversee QA/QC processes
- Strong client-facing communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
- Work Authorization: authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship requirements
