Job Summary
Civil Engineer Project Manager responsible for leading the lifecycle of mission-critical data center and infrastructure projects from concept through construction in the Southeast. Drives multidisciplinary coordination among civil, MEP, and specialty consultants; oversees site due diligence, test fits, and utility coordination; manages high-fidelity BIM coordination to align site components with architectural/MEP scopes; provides technical leadership on grading and drainage, manages RFIs and field challenges, and communicates project updates to leadership to align delivery with business goals. Hybrid work model with flexible schedule options and emphasis on strategic project stewardship and leadership within a nationally recognized AEC firm.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
- 5+ years of progressive project management experience in mission-critical environments (data centers, heavy infrastructure, or complex site development)
- Expert command of AutoCAD Civil 3D and BIM modeling/coordination workflows
