Civil Engineer Project Manager- Land Development

Job Summary
Lead a team of designers and engineers to deliver civil engineering projects for high-density residential, shopping centers, auto dealerships, gas stations, amusement parks, and QSR developments. Establish and oversee design criteria and standards, lead associate and design engineers, define project parameters for timely, quality plans, and collaborate with the Principal on proposals and business development. Requires a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering, 5-10 years in land development, and a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in California (or in progress). Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills to meet demanding deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in civil engineering
- 5-10 years experience in land development
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of California (or soon to get)
- Expert in AutoCad / Civil 3D d
- Excellent ability to prepare grading plans, utility plans and site plans
- Meets demanding deadlines
