Job Summary
Lead end-to-end project delivery from feasibility and design development through construction, handover, and close-out for residential and infrastructure works including roads, drainage, and water features. Manage project execution plans, master schedules, cash flow forecasts, and budgets while ensuring compliance with specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Supervise main contractors and subcontractors, chair project meetings, and drive value engineering initiatives without compromising design intent. Monitor site progress, HSE performance, and technical drawings, acting as the primary contact between the developer, consultants, and authorities. Prepare regular progress reports covering schedule, cost, and risks, supporting leasing and sales teams during execution. Requires 7–10 years of experience, Arabic language skills, and proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 7–10 years of experience in building construction and project management
- Proven experience delivering projects across the full lifecycle (design to handover)
- Strong technical knowledge of civil and infrastructure works
- Experience in contractor and site management
- Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, and project planning
- Arabic language skills

- Proficiency in tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project
