Civil Engineer/Project Manager

Job Summary
Oversee project engineering and management duties including project oversight, priority setting, financial management, and design. Provide technical guidance to the site civil team while mentoring and training junior staff. Manage multiple priorities simultaneously and handle business development tasks such as proposal preparation, client interviews, and presentations. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams while participating in professional organizations. Requires a PE license, 6+ years of design experience, and proficiency in Autodesk Civil3D. Salary is commensurate with experience for a role in the Madison office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- 6+ years of design experience for a variety of projects (site development, municipal roadway, utility projects)
- PE License
- Knowledge of stormwater management design/permitting regulations
- Knowledge of municipal utility design (sanitary sewer and water main)
- Proficient with Autodesk Civil3D, hydrology and hydraulic software
- Successful applicants must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship
