Job Summary
Lead and manage the Drainage team, ensuring high-quality design and documentation while directing project planning, scoping, and change management. Act as the primary contact for clients and subconsultants, develop project proposals and budgets, oversee quality control processes, and mentor engineering staff. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential, along with experience in civil engineering and drainage projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- At least 7 years of relevant experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, preferably MicroStation
Desired Qualifications
- Drainage or civil design experience
- Ability to drive client relationship development
- Familiarity with networking and industry events
