Job Summary
Civil Engineering design professional and Project Manager leading site planning, engineering, and landscape architecture efforts for private subdivision and land development. Responsibilities include technical design across roads, grading, stormwater/BMP siting, zoning/regulatory research, feasibility studies, and producing drawings and reports; coordinating with engineers, designers, and CAD technicians; monitoring project progress to meet schedule and budget; ensuring client satisfaction; mentoring junior engineers; and representing the firm with external partners and stakeholders. Qualifications include a B.S. in Civil Engineering, PE license, 7+ years of relevant experience, proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D, plus familiarity with GIS/Hydroflow; CME/CFM/PP a plus; strong communication and collaboration skills.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. degree in Civil Engineering
- PE license is required
- 7+ years of progressive experience servicing private clients and/or managing infrastructure projects or designing land development projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D; GIS and Hydroflow software experience a plus
- CME, CFM, and/or PP a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to lead and develop team members
