Job Summary
Civil Engineering Project Manager in Doylestown, PA leading site planning, grading, and landscape architectural elements; responsible for horizontal/vertical alignment, grading and stormwater/siting, permitting, and preparation of drawings and reports. Oversees a team of engineers, designers, and CAD technicians; ensures project progress through full life cycle within schedule and budget; supports client satisfaction and future work. Mentors junior engineers and coordinates with external partners and stakeholders (developers, municipalities, and regulatory agencies); conducts regulatory research, zoning reviews, and prepares plans in accordance with municipal ordinances. Requires proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D with related software and strong communication skills; knowledge of site feasibility and regulatory compliance is essential.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensed; PA preferred
- 7+ years of progressive experience in private client services, infrastructure projects, or land development
- AutoCAD and Civil 3D proficiency
- GIS and Hydroflow software experience a plus
- CME, CFM, and/or PP a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to lead and develop team members
- Experience with public testimony before Land Use Boards a plus
