Job Summary
Lead the design and execution of land development projects (retail, commercial, and residential) from start to finish; act as primary client contact, building strong relationships and managing expectations; oversee project teams, assign resources, and drive efficiency to meet quality, schedule, and budget requirements; present at public meetings and represent clients before agencies and stakeholders; collaborate across multiple disciplines within BL Companies and with external partners; mentor junior engineers and staff to foster a strong learning environment; requires PE license and 10+ years of land development experience, with senior-level leadership responsibilities; hybrid work arrangement in Warwick, RI.
Required Qualifications
- PE License
- 10+ years of land development engineering experience
- leadership experience managing full-time staff
- strong understanding of local, state, and federal regulations
- experience with municipal agencies, regulatory bodies, and private sector clients
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
