Civil Engineer Practice Leader

Lead business development efforts to expand the civil practice locally while overseeing day-to-day operations of the department, including the design of land development projects and managing office staff. Supervise project lifecycles from conception to completion, coordinate business development with internal departments, and manage clients and the internal team to ensure all project goals and deadlines are met. Serve as a subject matter expert in site design, create and adhere to budgets, and develop and maintain client relationships. Requires an active PE license, 10-15+ years of site design experience, and 5+ years of employee management. Full-time permanent role in Murfreesboro, TN with a salary of $125,000 - $150,000.
