Job Summary
Design and prepare site plans for municipal approval and Post Construction Stormwater Management Facilities. Review Subdivision and Land Development Plans for compliance with municipal regulations. Coordinate applications with clients and consultants. Requires a BS Degree in Civil Engineering, 2-5 years of experience in residential/commercial site design, and working knowledge of CAD-based design software. Located in Landenberg, PA.
Required Qualifications
- BS Degree in Civil Engineering
- 2-5 years of experience in residential/commercial site design
- Experience preparing a complete set of civil plans
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Working knowledge and ability to use CAD based design software
- A self-starter who can work independently
- Experience working and communicating with clients
