Civil Engineer, PE

Lead and manage water and wastewater infrastructure projects from initiation to completion, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and project teams. Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules while coordinating multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, designers, technicians, and subcontractors. Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and risk assessments to inform planning, then oversee design and development of treatment facilities and distribution systems using Autodesk Civil 3D. Prepare comprehensive proposals and engineering reports in compliance with regulatory requirements, coordinate with permitting authorities for approvals, and monitor progress to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff. Requires a valid Oklahoma PE license, ABET degree, and five years of municipal design experience.
