Civil Engineer (PE)

Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, and budget for civil engineering projects from conception to completion. Oversee execution across site development, grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway disciplines while monitoring progress and addressing issues. Act as the primary client contact to understand needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
