Job Summary
Develop and oversee detailed designs, technical drawings, and blueprints for infrastructure projects while conducting site assessments and feasibility studies. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to align engineering designs with timelines, budgets, and client specifications, ensuring seamless project execution. Provide technical guidance throughout all phases, from initial planning to final inspection, and conduct engineering analyses to assess viability, structural integrity, and compliance with safety standards. Ensure all activities meet industry regulations, environmental requirements, and quality control protocols while preparing technical documentation and reporting progress to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of civil engineering experience
- Proficiency in civil engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant tools
- Strong knowledge of industry codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Strong project management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Masters degree
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure or working towards it
