Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in municipal infrastructure and planning
- B.S. in Civil Engineering and Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, and regulatory approvals
- Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, and H&H tools
- Strong knowledge of municipal approval processes and ordinance requirements
- Valid driver's license and ability to obtain PA Act 34, 114, and 151 clearances
