Job Summary
Develop innovative infrastructure components and structural solutions for scalable street power plants, managing the full development process from concept to international implementation. Create static calculations and dimension building parts for dynamic loads, while drafting technical drawings and scalable installation concepts. Collaborate daily with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic teams to integrate energy recovery technology, ensuring compliance with safety standards and ISO/CE certifications. Coordinate with manufacturing partners and suppliers to oversee pilot installations and customer projects, taking full technical responsibility for implementation.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Tragwerksplanung oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (min. 2 Jahre) im Bauingenieurwesen, konstruktiven Ingenieurbau oder der Infrastrukturentwicklung
- Sicherer Umgang mit Statik Software wie ANSYS, SAP2000 oder vergleichbaren Programmen
- Erfahrung mit 2D und/oder 3D CAD Software, beispielsweise AutoCAD oder SolidWorks
- Erfahrung mit der Vorbereitung von ISO und CE-Zertifierungen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1 Niveau für eine reibungslose Kommunikation
- Analytische Denkweise sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Eigenverantwortliche Persönlichkeit mit Hands on Mentalität und Begeisterung für ein dynamisches Startup Umfeld
