Job Summary
Professional Civil Engineer to lead end-to-end civil projects in land development and municipal infrastructure. Responsibilities include Project Stewardship of feasibility studies, land development documents, and site permitting; Regulatory Authority to secure approvals from Illinois EPA, MWRD, IDOT, IDNR, FEMA, and the Army Corps of Engineers; Advanced Hydrologic Modeling using TR20 and EPASWMM; Multidisciplinary Coordination with survey crews, clients, and village submittals; Design Excellence through construction documents, cost opinions, and specifications with AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation; Field Leadership with site observations; Client Advocacy and relationship building. Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Licensure: Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Illinois.
- Experience: Proven track record in land development, grading, sanitary sewer, watermain, and roadway design.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced command of AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, and hydraulic modeling tools.
