Job Summary
Design project portions using Civil 3D technology and modeling software. Complete engineering calculations, prepare specifications materials, and finalize design details and plan sets. Perform field observation, inspection, and data collection duties as directed by senior staff. Assist in preparing engineering and construction cost estimates and write objective summary reports for project completion. Work within a team of design engineers and project managers to support zoning entitlements, site plan approvals, and construction administration. Requires a bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering, EIT certification, and experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D. Salary range is $77,000-$110,000 with straight-time overtime eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor or master's degree in civil engineering or closely related field
- EIT required
- Must be legally eligible to work in the Unites States without sponsorship now and in the future

Desired Qualifications
- Ideal candidates would have between 2-8 years of professional experience in Land Development civil engineering, but entry level candidates will be considered
- Experience with preparation of civil engineering site plans including site layout, utilities, grading & drainage, erosion control, and stormwater management is a plus
- AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
