Job Summary
Lead or assist civil site project design and production for residential and commercial developments. Responsibilities include analyzing survey data, forecasting timelines, and coordinating with state/local/federal jurisdictions for permitting. Proficient use of AutoCAD Civil 3D to create designs, strong client and internal-team collaboration, and effective communication. Focus areas include stormwater management design, permitting processes, and turnkey site design with experience in green infrastructure and LID. Requires Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and 4-6+ years of site design experience; Tennessee PE or recip. within 6 months; proficiency in entitlements and local permitting processes.
