Job Summary
Civil Engineer at Atwell, LLC will develop and finalize site plans for residential, commercial, and industrial land development using AutoCAD Civil 3D; analyze project survey data including ALTA surveys and easement documents; prepare hydrology/hydraulic studies, opinions of probable costs, project schedules, detention/retention computations, stormwater reports, and permit applications; provide construction support through cut sheets, quantity estimates, and transmittals; organize and coordinate site plans, construction plans, and construction documents under senior staff while applying strong written and verbal communication to ensure seamless project delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- 2+ years of experience
