Draft preliminary and final site plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D, ensuring precision and adherence to industry standards. Analyze project survey data, including legal descriptions, easement documents, and condo records, to assess existing site conditions. Prepare comprehensive reports, opinions, and recommendations covering hydrology/hydraulic studies, utility computations, stormwater reports, and earthwork volume calculations. Support construction activities by managing permit applications, quantity estimates, and transmittals while organizing construction documents under Senior staff guidance. Utilize engineering software packages to complete assignments efficiently and demonstrate strong communication skills for seamless project coordination.
