Job Summary
Civil Engineer needed to design and develop detailed civil engineering documents and calculations, produce high-quality CAD drawings, site layouts, and construction plans, and support project leadership through calculations, drawings, and specifications. Responsibilities include conducting site visits, engaging with contractors and clients, and providing technical guidance to the engineering team, with rigorous QA reviews across project stages. Requires ABET-accredited BS in Civil Engineering, EI certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months), at least 2 years of experience (PE preferred), and proficiency with AutoCAD, MicroStation, Civil 3D, and HydroCAD. Familiarity with Autodesk products, MS Office, and project management tools is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited program
- EI certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, Civil 3D, and HydroCAD
