Civil Engineer-In-Training

Collaborate with team members to develop proposals, scopes, and fees while managing planning, modeling, regulatory compliance, and permitting demands. Review project details to proactively manage risk and evaluate observations and design systems that withstand installation site elements. Develop relationships with clients, staff, municipal authorities, vendors, and contractors. This full-time, exempt position is based in the Southwest for Parkhill, one of the largest architectural and engineering firms in Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.
