Job Summary
Develop and review civil engineering designs for renewable energy projects, including site development, grading, drainage, and foundations. Perform engineering calculations, analyses, and simulations to optimize structural and civil components while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to align project objectives, prepare technical documentation, and deliver designs in accordance with applicable codes and industry practices. Manage assigned projects by planning tasks, scheduling deliverables, and maintaining accurate records of design modifications and field observations. Work closely with Project Managers and the Civil Engineering Group Manager to execute civil scope of work on time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in renewable energy, infrastructure, or related industries
- Proficiency in civil engineering software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Desired Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe
