Job Summary
Oversee and manage public works projects valued at $5M+, including project planning, design, construction oversight, and administration. Supervise technical staff, contractors, and consultants while preparing project designs, specifications, and contract documents. Conduct field inspections, administer construction contracts with payments and change orders, and coordinate grant applications for infrastructure funding. Review engineering plans, building permits, and public concerns to ensure regulatory compliance. Requires a PE license in Iowa, valid driver's license, and 6-8 years of experience. Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 6-8 years of civil engineering experience, including supervisory roles
