Job Summary
Civil Engineer EIT to join Atwell, supporting project teams by leading design aspects and addressing engineering issues across land-development projects. Responsibilities include preparing project documents and proposals, drafting and finalizing site plans, engineering reports, cost estimates, project schedules, and permit applications; conducting due diligence; performing site visits and field assignments; analyzing survey data and development factors; utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software; communicating with clients, municipalities, and agencies under the Project Manager; and updating workload status. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, 2-4 years of experience in civil engineering with development-design experience preferred, proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, grading design, technical writing, 3-D modeling, MS Office, and plan interpretation; and strong communication and workload-management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 2-4 years of civil engineering experience, with experience leading design aspects of development projects preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Grading Design, Technical Writing, 3-D Modeling, MS Office, and Plan Interpretation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent workload management skills
