Civil Engineer/Civil Designers needed to perform land development site designs and related responsibilities. Primary duties include research, coordination, project management, staff management, and cost estimating for land development projects; responsibilities also cover permitting for land disturbance and related tasks. Required skills include proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, hydrology modeling programs, and storm drainage software, along with a BS in Civil Engineering, and an EIT or PE. Candidates should have 1+ years of relevant land development experience, strong organizational and communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team while meeting client deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- BS degree in Civil Engineering
- EIT or PE certification
- 1+ years of relevant land development engineering experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Experience with hydrology modeling programs and storm drainage programs
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables
