Job Summary
Senior Civil Engineer/Project Manager to manage projects and lead teams. Responsibilities include overseeing the design and execution of complex civil engineering projects across water distribution & sewer systems, stormwater infrastructure, roads & highways, water & wastewater treatment, subdivision development, commercial site design, and Federal facilities; managing project scope, schedule, and budgets; providing technical leadership and mentorship; preparing and reviewing plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates; coordinating with clients, agencies, and stakeholders; conducting construction oversight; leading business development through proposals and client engagement; ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations; and collaborating with other Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely completion.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- 6+ years of experience in civil engineering
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing projects and teams
- Strong client relationship management and business development experience
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and deliver high-quality work on schedule
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
