Job Summary
Lead civil design efforts for land development and site development projects, underground utilities (water, sewer, storm drainage), excavation and trenching operations; prepare and review site plans, grading plans, and utility layouts; produce construction drawings and technical specifications; collaborate with construction and field teams to ensure constructability; address field issues related to utilities and excavation; support permitting and regulatory coordination with municipal and utility agencies; provide technical support for sewer systems, CCTV inspection findings, and rehabilitation work; contribute to project delivery through cost estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination; opportunity to grow into a technical leader within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 5–12+ years of experience in land development, civil/site design, underground utilities or infrastructure
- PE license or ability to obtain preferred
- Strong experience with utility design (water, sewer, storm)
- Grading and drainage
- Construction coordination
- Familiarity with hydro excavation / trenchless methods (preferred)
- Municipal infrastructure projects
