Job Summary
Coordinate project scopes, objectives, and efforts to ensure cost-effective outcomes for infrastructure assignments including water treatment, roadway, and site development. Establish timelines, assign specialized teams, and lead client vision sessions while writing proposals and managing internal finances. Schedule and attend client meetings, develop new partnerships, and perform quality assurance on methodologies and calculations. Mentor junior team members as a teacher and advisor. Requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering with five years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- At least 5 years of civil engineering experience related to site design, land development and land use permitting
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills and design skills
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes plans and specifications, as well as their application and relevance to public works and construction projects
- Expertise in AutoCAD, Water CAD, Sewer CAD or Civil 3D, as well as the Microsoft Office Suite
