Job Summary
Civil Engineer responsible for designing site development, stormwater, water/wastewater and industrial utility systems; independently leads land development projects, serves as technical lead, and mentors junior staff. Responsibilities include preparing designs, calculations, drawings, and specifications, reviewing reports and RFIs, coordinating with internal/external disciplines and clients, regulatory permitting (NPDES/SWPPP) and construction-phase support with field observations; ensure compliance with local, state, and federal standards (AASHTO, EPA, DOT, Municipal standards); ~10% travel to site assessments and regulator meetings; office and field work in active industrial facilities.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. Civil Engineering
- 2+ years of design experience with civil-site, underground utility and/or stormwater design
- Travel <10%
