Job Summary
Civil Engineer role in Vernal, Utah focused on earthwork calculations, storm water management, and road/site design using AutoCAD, Revit, and RISA. Engineer In Training (EIT) will perform all responsibilities under the supervision of a Professional Engineer (PE). Self-management of projects through to completion, drafting, report preparation, and erosion/sediment control design are required, with potential progression to PE. Requires a BS in Civil Engineering and proficiency in Civil 3D/AutoCAD; includes relocation package and a comprehensive benefits plan.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Civil Engineering
- Experience using Civil 3D or AutoCAD software
- Must have good time/budget management skills
- Communication skills for client and interoffice communication and reporting
- Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel software
- Experience with grading tools, corridors, pipe networks, etc. is a plus
- Experience using Revit & RISA is a plus
