Job Summary
Oversee construction supervision for infrastructure and road projects in Tabuk, ensure compliance with Saudi Codes and Ministry of Transport, manage schedules and budgets, coordinate contractors, review drawings, prepare progress and quality reports, implement QC, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, strong communication, proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, 10+ years in infrastructure projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in infrastructure and road construction projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant engineering software
- Strong knowledge of construction supervision techniques and quality control processes
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabian construction standards and regulations
- Excellent project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise technical reports
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
