Civil Designer

Conduct site layout, grading, storm drainage, roads, utility infrastructure, and erosion and sediment control design for residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. Prepare CAD drawings, layouts, plans, project detail sheets, as-built plan sets, plats, and easement exhibits conforming to local codes and standards. Assist with permitting and preparation of bid documents and specifications while checking plan design for accuracy and noting discrepancies. Requires five or more years of civil design experience and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
