Job Summary
Civil Designer/Lead Civil Designer responsible for producing 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and Civil 3D, or MicroStation, InRoads/OpenRoads. Generate existing surfaces/sub-surfaces with survey data, perform site grading and drainage system designs, and conduct earthwork quantity calculations. Develop underground utility plans and review sketches/specifications to ensure conformance with design concepts. Implement alignments, profiles, and cross-sections for sites/roads, and prepare engineering drawings. Requires 5–10 years of design and drafting experience in civil engineering, with proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and InRoads/OpenRoads; experience in hydrology is a plus. Offers relocation assistance and flexible/hybrid remote work opportunities outside of the country. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (preferred but not required)
- 5 to 10 years of design and drafting experience in Civil Engineering
- Proficiency with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, MicroStation, InRoads/OpenRoads
- Experience in 2D and 3D designs for site grading, earthworks, drainage systems, underground services, utilities, roadways
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
