Job Summary
Implement and manage drafting and plan preparation standards while developing technical drawings and plans of substantial complexity. Quality check drawings, perform multifaceted calculations, and suggest design changes based on engineering principles. Maintain the drawing database and supervise CAD staff, including training and mentoring. Coordinate work activities to maintain schedules and ensure quality control while adhering to Kimley-Horn's practices and standards. This Lakeland, Florida-based role requires minimal supervision and involves managing printing settings with proficiency in Autodesk or Bentley products.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to set up and manage printing/plotting settings
- Advanced knowledge and proficiency in Autodesk or Bentley products
