Job Summary
Civil Designer - Land Development using AutoCAD Civil 3D to produce site layout, grading, erosion and sediment control, storm sewer, water and sanitary sewer plans, construction layout, and construction staking. Review project survey data (ALTA surveys, easement documents, condo documents) and complete edits based on comments from municipalities, agencies, and clients. Communicate with Project Managers and Team Leaders on workflow status to support chargeability and project schedule goals. Willingness to collaborate within Atwell standards and deliver high-quality civil design deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; technical certificate or associate degree in drafting or engineering technology preferred.
- 6+ years of civil design experience within residential, commercial, or industrial land development required.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D required.
