Job Summary
Partner with project teams and clients to prepare project documents, proposals, and deliverables including site plans, engineering reports, cost estimates, and permit applications. Draft, review, and finalize these documents while making edits based on feedback. Research local zoning requirements, conduct site visits, and analyze survey data. Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to complete assignments efficiently. Communicate with municipalities and agencies, and update the Project Manager on workload status. Apply fundamental engineering concepts to practical situations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Proficiency in Grading Design
- Proficiency in Technical Writing
- Proficiency in 3-D Modeling
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in Plan Interpretation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent workload management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in civil engineering, with experience leading design aspects of development projects preferred
