Civil Designer - Digital Engineering

Job Summary
Civil Designer/Drafter to deliver detailed civil infrastructure designs across roads, earthworks, stormwater, and utilities, producing drawings and documentation that are buildable and compliant with Australian standards and client requirements. Apply technical expertise to solve design challenges, coordinate with engineers and project teams in a highly integrated environment, uphold drafting standards and quality, and contribute to refining standards, workflows, and design practices. Proficiency in 12D and Civil3D, AutoCAD, ProjectWise, ACC, and familiarity with Bluebeam/Revizto are valued; hybrid work options are offered.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering Design (or similar) desirable
- 3+ years’ experience in civil engineering design/drafting within a multidisciplinary environment
- Experience applying AustRoads and TfNSW standards in civil design
- Strong oral and written communication skills; clear, concise documentation and stakeholder engagement
- Experience using 12D and/or Civil3D for design and drafting respectively
- Competency with AutoCAD, ProjectWise, ACC
- Familiarity with Bluebeam, Revizto, and other specialist software beneficial
