Job Summary
Civil Design Manager responsible for leading regional dam and water/wastewater facility design, pipelines, spillways, and related infrastructure. Mentors junior staff, coordinates multi-team tasks, generates conceptual layouts and performs hydrologic/hydraulic modeling, quantities, and cost estimates. Integrates civil design with geotechnical, structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines; may provide construction support and field investigations. Creates engineering drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D or Bentley MicroStation and participates in client meetings. Requires a Bachelor's degree and six years of related experience; valid driver’s license. Preferred: EIT certification; PE license; 10+ years of Civil Engineering experience; relocation may be provided; sponsorship not offered.
