Civil Defense/Aviation Attorney at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP in New York, NY. Required Qualifications
- Admitted to the New York bar in good standing
- Experience in civil defense litigation in state and federal courts
- Experience in aviation law, product liability, and/or premises liability preferred but not required
- Excellent research, writing, pre-trial discovery, and deposition skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle files with minimal supervision
- Some travel may be required
- Hybrid work arrangement allowing both office and remote work
