Job Summary
Set up and operate Trimble GPS equipment, including base station, SCS 900 software, GCS 900, and laser level. Perform survey and mapping of construction measurements, survey existing conditions of proposed work sites, and guide new construction work through layout. Care for, clean, and use surveying tools while performing basic surveying computations and plan reading. Verify locations of structures and take survey notes. Build and maintain effective relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds and organizational levels. Willingness to travel per project needs and requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year of related construction experience
- Current driver's license
- Ability to operate equipment including but not limited to Base Station, SCS 900, GCS 900, and laser level
- Detail orientation
- Ability to work independently
- Active listening skills and effective communication including an openness to diverse input and feedback
- Repetitive hand, arm, leg movements
- Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling: up to 50 lbs
- Must be currently legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visa status

- CTS level 1 or equivalent
