Civil Conveyance Lead - Water Infrastructure

Job Summary
Lead the design and delivery of water and wastewater conveyance infrastructure, including pipelines, pump stations, and network upgrades, from concept through to delivery. Manage planning, detailed design, and construction support, coordinate design packages and multidisciplinary interfaces, review engineering outputs for quality and standards compliance, and mentor junior engineers while engaging with clients and stakeholders across projects in Melbourne and across ANZ. The role offers flexible work arrangements including hybrid options.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Proven experience in water and wastewater conveyance design (pipelines, pump stations, hydraulic systems)
- Experience leading or coordinating design packages and multidisciplinary interfaces
- Experience in consulting environment with clear communication and technical discussion
- Ability to review and verify engineering outputs against standards and project requirements
- Ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders
