Job Summary
Plan, coordinate, troubleshoot, and execute civil work packages while prioritizing health and safety for your team. Utilize trade knowledge to maintain schedules and budgets, creating lookahead schedules and monitoring live project data. Manage personnel, equipment, and subcontractors to ensure project completion with quality and equity. This role requires five years of supervisory experience in concrete paving, site work, storm drainage, or deep foundation. Hendrick Construction, a Baton Rouge-based heavy civil contractor, rewards a hard work ethic and competency across commercial, industrial, DODT, and FAA clients.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years minimum experience in civil construction supervisory roles
- Proficient in reading and analyzing construction plans and specifications
- scheduling, cost and quality control practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to pass drug test
