Job Summary
Lead ~3 active infrastructure projects ($1M–$10M, 12–18 month cycles) through full lifecycle: estimating → award → procurement → execution → closeout. Responsible for schedule, cost, subcontractors, vendors, and field coordination; partner with superintendents for true collaboration; drive P6 schedules, cost tracking, forecasts, and change orders; ensure projects stay on time and on budget, coordinating across field and office teams on complex civil systems; support preconstruction and bid strategy as needed. Proficient with Microsoft Suite, Excel, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, RMS. Required Qualifications
- 1–2+ years as a Project Manager with a large Civil/Commercial General Contractor
- 3+ years in heavy civil, federal, industrial, or infrastructure construction
- Full lifecycle project experience (estimating through closeout)
- Strong scheduling, cost control, and subcontractor coordination experience
- Consistent career progression (not frequent job hopping)
