Civil Construction Project Manager

Hands-on Civil Construction Project Manager responsible for leading multiple civil construction projects from pre-construction through closeout in Northern Nevada. Drive project schedules, budgets, forecasting, safety, and profitability while coordinating with field operations, Superintendents, and subcontractors. Maintain client relationships, present updates to leadership, manage billing and change orders, monitor job costs, and ensure successful delivery on time and within budget. Lead planning meetings, identify and resolve issues early, and oversee labor, equipment, and material coordination to deliver profitable projects with strong stakeholder communication and accountability.
