Civil Construction Project Manager

Civil Construction Project Manager to oversee sitework, earthwork, excavation, underground utilities, and concrete scopes for commercial and industrial projects in the Houston area. This field-focused role involves managing civil construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination; leading kickoff, creating work plans, and setting expectations with field teams and subcontractors; reviewing drawings and specifications with emphasis on earthwork, utilities, site concrete, and dirt-moving operations; visiting job sites to monitor progress, verify quantities, resolve issues, and support field leadership; evaluating subcontractor performance, tracking production, and ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and quality; managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation; collaborating with Superintendents, engineers, clients, and inspectors to maintain clear communication and project alignment; monitoring costs and forecasting budget performance; supporting project safety and addressing site concerns; and assisting with closeout, punchlists, and turnover documentation.
